"I was a customer of State Farm back in the late 1960’s. Even then, I was greatly satisfied when I had to talk to my agent though I never had but one claim to file. I’m still well pleased after all these decades, since I initially signed up with State Farm! That was 1967! Now in the 2000’s we have a renter’s policy and car insurance with State Farm. Still well satisfied…! It was as if we were working with State Farm for a few hours. I should note here that I haven’t worked for any company for over a decade! Retirement is wonderful. I would fail this information about my interaction with State Farm were it not for your help. Your team was extremely professional!"

"It’s crazy to me that this office has a 4.9 stars. I went with State Farm bc it was supposed to be good, but I’ve been having a TON of issues. First they had to write my husband an apology letter stating he wasn’t in an accident but it some how ended up on his record through State Farm. I had an auto policy but canceled bc they quoted me $173 for liability (I have a clean/clear record) so I ended up going to USAA. My problem is with the life insurance, I had asked to cancel that at the same time I canceled my auto (end of Feb) and I haven’t heard a thing back except they “might” need a wet signature to which I said no problem just let me know what I need. And I have called and called and not heard anything back and now I’m being sent a bill reminder."
